Collecting Ideas about a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Section
Hello Members!
I like to bring up for discussion possible questions, website visitors or members will have, we can answer in advance in the FAQ section.
What are your ideas? Do you already have unsolved questions other possible website user could ask maybe too?
Appart from the FAQ section we have a support ticket system in the members dashboard under the SUPPORT tab. But the FAQs should be appart from the support area and visible for all website visitors.. Espacially the open questions you already maybe have of interest even small!
